THE LEGAL ESSENCE OF THE ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE: A BRIEF COMPARATIVE HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

The purpose of the scientific paper is to explore foreign and national historical preconditions logic development sub-institute electronic evidence, with a primary focus on administrative proceeding in Ukraine, based documented factual data different periods. Considering theoretical nature present research, main research methods used course its preparation are as follows: combination logical, systematic method, comparison, description, generalization, synthesis induction, convergence from general local.
